Hubei Xinlong specializes in the production and research and development of spunlace nonwoven fabrics made from ordinary cotton, organic cotton, viscose, Chinese hemp, and bamboo fibers. The production process of our main product, cotton spunlace nonwoven fabric, involves several stages: raw cotton opening, carding, spreading, spunlace, degreasing (liquid alkali), bleaching (hydrogen peroxide), finished product winding, fabric inspection, and slitting. We utilize an advanced post-bleaching process to ensure maximum safety and hygiene of the nonwoven material. Additionally, we have a 1.6-meter meltblown production line capable of producing mask and wiping type nonwoven fabrics.
