Hubei Xinlong specializes in the production and research and development of spunlace nonwoven fabrics made from ordinary cotton, organic cotton, viscose, Chinese hemp, and bamboo fibers. We also offer OEM processing services. Our company operates four spunlace production lines, including two full-cross cotton spunlace lines with a width of 2.3 meters (effective width of 2.1 meters) and a daily capacity of 5 tonnes, as well as two half-cross cotton spunlace lines with the same specifications and daily capacity of 10 tonnes. Our products range from 35 to 200 grams.

The production process of our main product, cotton spunlace nonwoven fabric, involves several stages: raw cotton opening, carding, spreading, spunlace, degreasing (liquid alkali), bleaching (hydrogen peroxide), finished product winding, fabric inspection, and slitting. We utilize an advanced post-bleaching process to ensure maximum safety and hygiene of the nonwoven material. Additionally, we have a 1.6-meter meltblown production line capable of producing mask and wiping type nonwoven fabrics.

A1: No, all the products are customized and we reduce inventory by adopting the method of ordering production according to sales.

A3: Ready samples can be provided for free, but freight is to be collected. If a customized sample needs to be produced, there is a proofing fee of $500. However, if the order quantity exceeds 10 tons, the proofing fee will be refunded.

A4: We offer packaging options for the rolls, including PE film and a woven bag. Additionally, if required, we can provide pallet packaging. We are also flexible to meet specific packaging requirements based on customers' requests.
